The deets, at the door.
One QR code for the address, the rules, the gate code, and the Wi-Fi — plus a guest list you can actually see.
How it works
Scan once, know everything
Create your event
Name the event, add the address and rules, and drop in any gated details like gate codes or the Wi-Fi password.
Print the QR code
Deets hands you a code, a link, and a scannable QR you can post at the door or share in the group chat.
Track who shows up
When guests unlock the access details, Deets logs a timestamped attendance record — automatically, no check-in desk required.
Gated access details
Gate codes, Wi-Fi passwords, or anything else — hidden until a guest gives their name.
Optional guest list
Restrict access details to an approved list of names or numbers, or leave it open to anyone.
Attendance, automatically
Every unlock is a timestamped, de-duplicated check-in — no manual list at the door.
One link, one QR
Print it, post it, or drop it in the group chat. No app, no sign-up for your guests.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
What is Selektah Deets?
Deets is a free, no-app event info page and QR check-in tool. You create one page with your event’s address, rules, and gated details (like the Wi-Fi password or gate code), and share it as a link or QR code. Guests unlock the gated details by giving their name, which Deets logs as an automatic, timestamped attendance record.
Is Deets free to use?
Yes. Creating an event, sharing the QR code, and tracking attendance are all completely free, with no account required for hosts or guests.
Do my guests need to download an app?
No. Guests just scan the QR code or open the link in any browser, type their name, and the gated details unlock instantly. Nothing to install.
How does the automatic attendance tracking work?
When a guest enters their name to unlock the gated details, Deets records a timestamped check-in tied to that guest’s device. If they return later, it updates the same record instead of creating a duplicate — so you get an accurate, de-duplicated attendance list with zero manual sign-in.
Can I restrict access to only invited guests?
Yes. Add an optional guest list of approved names or phone numbers when creating your event, and only matching guests will be able to unlock the gated details.
What can I put behind the "gated details"?
Anything you want guests to see only after checking in: the Wi-Fi password (with a scannable Wi-Fi QR), a gate or door code, parking instructions, or house rules. You can also add single-use code pools, like a batch of drink tickets or unique door codes, where each guest claims their own code.
Is Deets good for weddings and private venues, or just house parties?
Both. Deets is used for house parties and backyard gatherings just as much as weddings, private venue bookings, corporate off-sites, and gated communities that need a controlled way to share access details.
How is Deets different from just texting the address and Wi-Fi password?
A group text gets buried and can’t track who actually showed up. Deets gives you one durable link, hides sensitive details until a guest checks in, and automatically produces a timestamped guest list — all without you lifting a finger at the door.
